1. Once the leakage of automobile shock absorber is found, remedial measures must be taken immediately. The key inspection items are the oil seal gasket, the broken seal gasket, the tank cover and the looseness of the nuts to check these parts;
2. If oil leakage is found, tighten the cylinder head nut first. If the shock absorber still leaks oil, it may be that the oil seal and sealing washer are faulty. A new seal should be replaced. If the oil leakage cannot be eliminated, the shock absorber should be pulled out. If there are hairpins or the weight is not equal to the weight, further check whether the gap between the piston and the cylinder is too large, whether the piston rod of the shock absorber is bent, and the surface of the piston rod. Whether there are scratches or scratches on the cylinder;
3. If there is no oil leakage in the shock absorber, check whether the connecting pin, connecting rod, connecting hole and rubber bushing of the shock absorber are damaged, desoldering, broken or falling off. If the above inspection is normal, the shock absorber should be further disassembled to check whether the gap between the piston and the cylinder is too large, whether the cylinder has any strain, whether the valve is well sealed, whether the disc and the valve seat are closely matched, and whether the extension spring of the shock absorber is too soft or broken. Repair or replace parts as appropriate.
