Product Description
The main role of the oil seal is to seal the gap between the moving parts, prevent lubricant leakage, and remove contaminants from the mechanical system of the engine. In the automobile transfer box, the oil seal ensures that the lubricating oil does not leak, thus maintaining the normal operation and lubrication effect of the transfer box.
Oil seals are usually composed of three main components: a spring, a metal skeleton and a sealing material. The spring ensures that the seal lip remains in constant contact with the shaft, while the metal skeleton provides structural rigidity. The sealing material is usually made of rubber or elastomer to form a sealing lip that prevents fluid leakage. The design and working state of the oil seal can be selected according to different working conditions and requirements to ensure its sealing performance and service life.
