Product Description
The main role of the Oil Cooler Trans is to help dissipate the heat generated by the gearbox during operation, prevent overheating, ensure the best performance of the gearbox and extend its service life. Specific roles include:
cooling : The heat in the transmission oil is transferred to the air through the heat sink to prevent the oil temperature from being too high.
Protect the gearbox : avoid gearbox performance degradation or damage caused by high temperature
The installation location of the wave box radiator is usually selected in a well-ventilated place, such as in front of the engine water tank, to ensure the best heat dissipation effect. Note the following points when installing:
Good ventilation : Make sure there is enough space for air circulation around the radiator.
firmly fixed : The radiator should be firmly fixed on the vehicle to prevent loosening or falling off during driving.
oil circuit connection : Ensure that the oil circuit is tightly connected without leakage
