The rubber buffer needs to be replaced when it is used to the following extent:

1. Appearance aging: The obvious aging, cracking, deformation and other phenomena in the appearance of  rubber buffer indicate that it has lost its original elasticity and cushioning performance and needs to be replaced in time.

2. Weakening of elasticity: By touching or squeezing the rubber buffer, if the elasticity is obviously weakened and the original softness and elasticity are lost, it means that it is time to replace it.

3. The driving feeling becomes worse: when the feeling of bump increases obviously when driving the vehicle, the suspension system of the vehicle is unstable, and abnormal vibration occurs during driving, it is necessary to check whether the buffer glue of the shock absorber needs to be replaced.

It is suggested to judge whether the buffer rubber  needs to be replaced according to the aging appearance, weakened elasticity and poor driving experience, so as to ensure the safety and comfort of vehicles.
