Product Description
The oxygen ion conductor, the key component of automobile oxygen sensor, usually adopts zirconia or yttria stabilized oxygen ion electrolyte. These materials have high temperature stability, chemical inertness and good oxygen ion conductivity, and are suitable for measuring oxygen content in exhaust gas.
In addition to the oxygen ion conductor, other components of the automobile oxygen sensor also need to use materials with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance to ensure the stability and reliability of the sensor. Common materials include:
1. Shell material: usually stainless steel or aluminum alloy, which has good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and can effectively protect the internal components of the sensor.
2. Terminal material: generally, high-temperature resistant metal materials, such as nickel alloy or copper alloy, are used to ensure the stability and reliability of the sensor in high-temperature environment.
3. Thermocouple material: Thermocouples usually adopt platinum-rhodium alloy or nickel-chromium alloy, which has good high temperature resistance and thermal conductivity and is used to keep the working temperature of the sensor.
Generally speaking, the oxygen ion conductor, the key component of automobile oxygen sensor, mainly adopts zirconia or yttria stabilized oxygen ion electrolyte. Other components, such as shell, terminal and thermocouple, are made of materials with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance to ensure the stability and reliability of the sensor. These materials are selected to adapt to the high temperature, high pressure and corrosiveness of the working environment of automobile engines, and ensure that the automobile oxygen sensor can accurately measure the oxygen content and work stably.
