Product Description

Automobile engine oil radiator assembly is an important component in the engine cooling system. Its main function is to transfer the heat generated inside the engine to the cooling medium (usually cooling water or air) through the radiator, so as to reduce the temperature of the engine and keep the engine in a suitable working temperature range. Oil radiator assembly is usually composed of radiator core, inlet and outlet pipelines, fans, radiator shell and other components.


The working principle of the engine oil radiator assembly is that hot engine oil is introduced into the radiator core through the inlet pipeline, and the engine oil exchanges heat with the cooling medium in the radiator core to transfer heat to the cooling medium, and then the cooled engine oil returns to the engine through the outlet pipeline for circulation. At the same time, through the fan or air flow, the cooling medium is accelerated to take away the heat of the engine oil, so as to keep the temperature of the engine oil within a suitable range and ensure the normal operation of the engine.


When the automobile oil radiator assembly is damaged, the following effects may be caused:


1. Engine overheating: The damaged engine oil radiator assembly can not effectively reduce the engine oil temperature, resulting in engine oil overheating, affecting the normal operation of the engine, and even causing engine damage.


2. Accelerated aging of engine oil: The engine oil is easy to age at high temperature, and the damaged engine oil radiator assembly cannot effectively cool the engine oil, which accelerates the aging of engine oil and reduces the lubricating performance of engine oil.


3. Decline of engine performance: Overheating of engine oil will affect engine performance and fuel economy, resulting in weakening of vehicle power and increasing fuel consumption.


4. Weakening of heat dissipation effect: The damaged engine oil radiator assembly cannot effectively dissipate heat, which leads to the increase of cooling medium temperature and affects the working effect of the whole engine cooling system.


Therefore, when the oil radiator assembly is found to be damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in time to ensure the normal operation and cooling effect of the engine.
