Product Description

未标题-1

This closed cooling system has many advantages, the most important point is that the pressure inside the cooling system is higher than the atmospheric pressure outside, so that the boiling point of the coolant is correspondingly increased to about 120 ° C, thus expanding the temperature difference between the radiator and the surrounding air, improving the heat transfer efficiency of the radiator. Thus, it ensures that the engine can work normally under a longer time and a higher load. In addition, due to the enhancement of heat dissipation capacity of the radiator, the size of the radiator can be reduced accordingly, making the engine room structure more compact; The second advantage is that the closed water cooling system can reduce coolant spillover and evaporation loss, which is especially important for plateau areas, and can effectively avoid premature boiling of coolant and reduce coolant consumption.

未标题-2

The working principle of this expansion tank is: In the upper part of the water jacket and radiator of the cooling water tank, the part that is easy to store air and steam is connected with the expansion water tank, so that the air and steam are no longer directly released into the atmosphere, but are guided to the expansion water tank and separated from the water, and the steam condenses into water and returns to the water inlet of the pump through the water inlet pipe, so that the water inlet of the pump maintains a high water pressure, thereby increasing the pump water; The air stored above the liquid level of the expansion tank is cooled and no longer expands by heat, thus becoming a buffer and expansion space for the pressure rise in the cooling system, so that the pressure in the system remains stable.

1

Its working principle is: the pump raises the coolant in the engine to a certain pressure, so that the coolant keeps circulating in the entire cooling system of the engine. After the pump inhales low-temperature water from the cooling water tank and makes it produce a certain pressure, it is transported to the cooling water jacket of the cylinder block and the cylinder head through the pipe, the coolant absorbs heat and flows back to the cooling water tank, through the strong suction of the fan, the air flows through the cooling water tank at high speed from front to back, and the heat flowing through the cooling water tank is constantly distributed to the air.

未标题-3

The appearance inspection after welding is carried out by the camera, but sometimes there is a false detection due to uneven color...

Visual bead testing, but there is no clear standard for whether it is a good product...

I hope to conduct a comprehensive inspection, including dents and other bead quality-related items...

6

We should often check the water level in the expansion tank in daily use, so that it is between the lowest and highest, and if the water level is too low, it should be added in time. It should be noted that the pressure inside the cooling system is higher than the atmospheric pressure, so when opening the tank cover in the hot state of the engine, we must pay attention to safety, and should be slowly turned to reduce the pressure to prevent the hot water from erupting and causing burns.
