Product Description
The main role of the gearbox mount is to support and fix the engine to ensure that it remains stable during driving, while absorbing vibration and noise to ensure that the gearbox is in the correct position on the frame to improve ride comfort and vehicle handling.
Gearbox mount designs vary by vehicle type and transmission configuration, but typically include one or more brackets, bushings, and fasteners. Brackets hold the gearbox to the frame, bushings absorb vibration, and fasteners provide the necessary stiffness and stability. In addition, the transmission holder is responsible for ensuring the proper alignment and meshing of the transmission with other drivelin components such as the drive shaft and drive wheels, ensuring the smoothness and efficiency of the power train by limiting the movement of the transmission and preventing displacement due to vibration or load changes
