Product Description
Working principle of reversing radar:
Most reversing radars use the principle of ultrasonic ranging. When the driver is reversing, the gear is pushed to R, and the system automatically emits ultrasonic waves from the probe installed at the rear of the car to the rear of the car. When encountering obstacles, an echo signal is generated, and the controller After controlling and processing the echo signal, the direction and distance of the obstacle are determined. Finally, the display or buzzer issues an image prompt, allowing the driver to be aware of the situation when reversing, making it easier and safer.

Composition of Rear Parking Radar System Rear Parking Radar System is also called Parking Assistance System. During reverse, if there are obstacles in the path of the vehicle, the parking distance control system will warn the driver. Rear Parking Radar System is composed of a rear Parking Radar ECU, a rear Parking Radar buzzer and several (usually four) rear Parking Radar sensors installed on the (rear) bumper. If a rear camera is installed, it will provide an image of the rear area of the vehicle on the navigation screen.
Reversing radar buzzer is usually installed in the upper part of the dashboard beam, close to the driver's side, and fixed by bolts. Some are installed inside the combination instrument, or by the instrument internal alarm buzzer to complete this function. Reversing radar sensors, commonly known as probes, are installed on the rear bumper, including left, left center, right center, and right sensors, which are embedded from outside to inside, as shown in the figure below. The installation position of each sensor is regulated, and can not be wrong, otherwise it may cause false alarms.
