Product Description
Automobile oil pump is a key component in the engine lubrication system. Its main function is to suck oil from the oil pan and send it to various lubrication points of the engine, such as engine bearings and piston rings, so as to ensure that the friction surfaces between engine components are fully lubricated, reduce wear and friction resistance, and improve the working efficiency and life of the engine.
An oil pump usually consists of a pump body, a pump shaft, a pump gear or a turbine. When the engine is started, the oil pump rotates with the rotation of the crankshaft, and the oil is sucked from the oil pan through the blades or gears in the pump body, and then pumped to all lubricating points of the engine through the outlet of the pump body. During the operation of the engine, the oil pump continuously circulates to convey the oil to the lubricating point, forming a lubricating film, reducing the direct contact between metal parts, thus protecting the engine parts, reducing wear and friction, and maintaining the normal operation of the engine.
Generally speaking, the automobile oil pump plays a key role in the lubrication of the engine. By circulating the oil, the normal lubrication of all parts of the engine is ensured, the wear is reduced, and the reliability and life of the engine are improved. Therefore, the normal operation of the oil pump is very important for the performance and reliability of the engine.
