The working principle of automobile door lock is to control the opening and closing of the door through electric or mechanical devices. Specifically, automobile door locks usually include door lock core, lock tongue, lock core motor (electric door lock), lock core transmission device, lock core control unit and other components.
In the door lock system of electric vehicle, when the owner operates the door lock through the remote controller or the button in the vehicle, the lock core control unit will control the work of the lock core motor through the circuit after receiving the signal, and drive the lock core transmission device to rotate the lock core, so that the lock tongue can be extended or retracted, and the door can be locked or unlocked. In the mechanical door lock system, the owner operates the door lock through the key, and the key rotates the lock cylinder, so that the lock cylinder transmission device drives the lock cylinder to rotate, thus locking or unlocking the door.
When the door lock is locked, the lock core will fix the lock tongue on the door frame to ensure that the door is tightly closed and prevent the door from being accidentally opened. When the door lock is unlocked, the lock core will retract the lock tongue and allow the door to open.
Generally speaking, the car door lock controls the expansion and contraction of the lock tongue by controlling the rotation of the lock core, thus realizing the locking and unlocking of the car door. Different types of door lock systems may adopt different control methods, but the basic principle is to realize the safe locking and convenient opening of the door by controlling the movement of the lock cylinder.
