Product Description
The role of the directional electromechanical magnetic valve is to control the flow direction of the fluid flow in the hydraulic system, so as to realize the motion control of the mechanical device. It is controlled by electromagnet to open or close different oil holes, and then control the flow direction of hydraulic oil, and finally drive the mechanical device to complete the expected action 45.
The working principle of the directional electromechanical magnetic valve is based on the power and power off of the electromagnet to control the movement of the valve body. The solenoid valve has a closed chamber inside, and there is a piston in the middle of the chamber, and two electromagnets on each side. When a magnet coil on one side is energized, the valve body is attracted to that face, thus opening or closing different oil discharge holes. The oil inlet hole is usually open, and the hydraulic oil enters the different discharge tubing, pushing the piston and piston rod through the oil pressure, and finally driving the mechanical device movement. By controlling the current of the electromagnet, the precise control of mechanical motion can be achieved
