Product Description
1. Coolant circulation: The water pump in the cooling system pumps the coolant out of the engine water tank and delivers it to the oil radiator through the water pipe. Coolant passes through the heat sink in the oil radiator to absorb the heat of the oil and reduce the temperature of the oil.
2. Heat dissipation process: the coolant exchanges heat with the engine oil in the engine oil radiator, and transfers the heat in the engine oil to the coolant. Through this process, the temperature of the engine oil can be reduced and the engine oil can be kept in a suitable working temperature range.
3. Coolant return: The cooled coolant flows back to the engine water tank through the water pipe again and again. Through this circulation process, the coolant continuously absorbs and takes away the heat of the engine oil, keeps the stable temperature of the engine oil and ensures the normal operation of the engine.
Generally speaking, the water pipe of the automobile engine oil radiator conveys the cooling liquid circularly to realize the heat exchange with the engine oil, thus effectively reducing the temperature of the engine oil, protecting the engine and prolonging the service life of the engine oil. Water pipes play an important role in connecting and conveying coolant in the cooling system, ensuring the normal operation of the whole cooling system and the stable operation of the engine.
