The bushing mainly consists of an inner tube, an outer tube and a middle rubber part, which can be divided into oil-bearing bushing and full rubber bushing; the inner tube of the bushing is made of 6061 material, the ultimate tensile strength of 6061 is above 205MPa, the compressive yield strength is 55.2 MPa, the elastic modulus is 68.9 GPa, and the bending ultimate strength is 228 MPa; at the same time, a small amount of zinc is added to improve the strength of the aluminum alloy, and the colloid content of the outer ring is increased by 5% to improve the strength and life of the rubber.
The outer tube is zinc-nickel alloy.
High temperature grease: We use Castrol imported grease, and according to its product performance requirements, add a variety of special additives to improve the product quality. The working temperature is from -40℃ to 180℃, and it has good compatibility with POM. The excellent resistance to oil ensures long-term lubrication of plastic parts. At the same time, the low oil separation will not contaminate parts outside the application area.
