Product Description
The main function of the exhaust pipe is to collect the insufficiently burned exhaust gas in the valve chamber and cylinder, and partially return it to the intake manifold through the exhaust gas recirculation system (ERG), and re-enter the cylinder to participate in the combustion process after mixing with fresh gas. When the engine is running under load, the ERG valve opens to allow a small amount of exhaust gas to enter the intake manifold; When the engine is idle, the ERG valve is closed and almost no exhaust gas is recirculated to the engine
Reduce emissions and pollution : By returning part of the exhaust gas to the intake manifold, the exhaust pipe can reduce the combustion speed and temperature in the cylinder, thereby reducing the generation of pollutants such as nitrogen oxides and achieving the purpose of improving emissions
Improved fuel economy : Exhaust gas recirculation helps improve fuel economy because the reuse of part of the exhaust gas reduces the need for fresh air, thus reducing fuel consumption
Noise reduction : The muffler design in the exhaust pipe system can effectively reduce exhaust noise and provide a quieter driving environment
