Product Description
The core principle of automotive air conditioning systems is based on the refrigeration cycle.
This process consists of four main steps:
compression, condensation, expansion and evaporation. First, the refrigerant is compressed into a high-pressure gas under the action of the compressor, and then transported to the condenser through the pipeline. In the condenser, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant radiates heat through the radiator and becomes a high-pressure liquid.
Then, the high-pressure liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator through the pipe, where it enters the low pressure area through the throttle valve, causing the evaporation of the refrigerant, absorbing the heat of the surrounding object, and reducing the surrounding temperature.
Finally, the refrigerant becomes a low temperature and low pressure gas and returns to the compressor again to complete a refrigeration cycle.
The main function of the automobile air conditioning pipe is to transport refrigerant and ensure the normal operation of the air conditioning system. These pipes are connected to the various components of the air conditioning system, such as the compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc., to ensure that the refrigerant can circulate in the system to achieve the cooling or heating effect 1.
Air conditioning pipes are made of metal materials, it belongs to the high pressure section of the system, it needs higher high pressure resistance requirements. Metal pipes can withstand high pressure and temperature changes in the system, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the system
