Product Description
The working principle of the automobile air conditioning evaporator is to evaporate the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator to absorb heat, so as to cool the surrounding air. The evaporator is installed in either an automatic thermostat (IHKA) or a manual thermostat (IHKR) and consists of a serpentine tube with press-on fins. Refrigerant flows through the serpentine tubes, and fans blow the air to be cooled through the fins. In order to improve the heat conduction effect, the fins have a large surface area. After the refrigerant is injected into the evaporator, it is divided into multiple tributaries of the same size, which are gathered together at the end of the serpentine tube, and then sucked into again by the compressor
Advantages
Efficient heat transfer : The evaporator realizes efficient heat exchange through the flow of refrigerant in the core pipeline and the flow of air in the fin gap. For example, the capacity of the parallel flow evaporator is more than 30% higher than that of the tubular heat exchanger, and the heat transfer coefficient is high, the weight is light, the structure is compact, and the refrigerant charge is less
compact structure : The cascade evaporator is composed of two aluminum sheets which are welded together to form a refrigerant channel. It has a compact structure and high heat transfer efficiency
dry air : The evaporator not only cools the air, but also absorbs moisture from the air, making the air dry. The dry air prevents the Windows from fogging
