1. Installation of compressor assembly，The fixing bolts should be pre-screwed, and the pre-tightening torque should be 10~12Nm.Pre-tighten the fixing bolts and then lock them slowly with a uniform torque diagonally, the final locking torque is 25~27Nm.Excessive torque will damage the compressor mounting feet or twist the compressor pump body, resulting in abnormal wear and tear inside the compressor; too little torque will result in loose bolts, vibration and abnormal noise.
2.Check that the compressor pulley groove must be installed in the same plane as the engine crankshaft pulley groove，The difference is ≤1mm, and the belt tension control new belt is 50-56N; Old belt 30-40N
1. After assembly, the system needs to be tested for positive pressure leak detection, and the booster pump is used to increase the pressure in the air conditioning system to 1.8-2.0Mpa，Static pressure preservation time ≥ 30min to ensure that there is no leakage of air-conditioning system.
2. Use an air conditioning service pressure gauge to connect the high and low pressure manifolds to drain the pressure from the system,Use a vacuum pump to vacuum the air conditioning system, and observe that the vacuum degree of the pressure gauge needle is -0.1MPa,When vacuuming ≥ 30min to ensure system tightness, vacuum and complete removal of water from the system If the air conditioning system is not adequately vacuumed。Part of the water and air remaining in the system, will cause "ice blockage" and excessive system pressure, etc., and ultimately damage the compressor.
1. The amount of refrigerant filling should be based on the nameplate .
2. The filling process should pay attention to the air in the filling pipe discharge.
3. Filling mode: in the case of not starting the car, first high pressure filling, then high and low pressure filling together, until it can not be added, close the high and low pressure valve.
4. start the car after idling to start the air conditioning, open the low-pressure valve to continue to fill the cold coal, filling and nameplate labeling the same amount.
